8-week Intermediate Wheel Throwing // Tuesday Evenings // Sept 2-Oct 21 // $580

Welcome to intermediate wheel throwing with Anne Campbell! Held from September 2nd  - October 21st, 6:30 - 9:30pm.

Course cost: $580 including all clay, glazes, firings, and pottery supplies.

So you’ve got the basics down, and now it’s time to level up. This four-week intermediate class is for folks who want to build on their foundational skills and get more comfortable centering clay and pulling simple forms. We’ll explore more complex shapes, refine your technique, and create space for experimentation and growth.

You’ll spend the first three weeks building on your throwing skills with a focus on consistency, form, and detail. We’ll cover things like throwing off the hump, making lidded vessels, and adding elements like spouts or handles. In the final week, you'll glaze your bisque-fired pieces and learn how to use glaze to enhance form and surface.

This class is perfect for anyone who has taken a beginner wheel class and wants to keep going. One sleeve of clay is included, along with access to studio glazes and firings.

All finished work will be ready for pickup in 3–4 weeks.

House Rules:

• All courses are for adults (18+) unless otherwise stated
• We require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice to reschedule your spot — please reach out
• Missed courses or classes cannot be refunded or credited
• We may photograph student work for promotional use — but we value and respect your privacy and comfort above all else
• Clean up and safety are essential to every potters' practice; the last 25 minutes of class are for cleaning up our joyful mess
